How do I choose a watch?

Compare dial color, case shape and strap or bracelet style on each product page. Every watch is US$99 and carries the bengik name on its dial.

How long does order processing take?

We prepare orders within 2–4 business days before dispatch. Processing is additional to transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Standard Shipping is FREE; estimated transit is 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping is US$14.90; estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch. These estimates do not include the 2–4 business days of order processing and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the destinations supported at checkout, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, the listed European destinations, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Japan. Checkout identifies charges collected with your purchase. Destination authorities may assess additional import charges when not prepaid.

How can I track my order?

Shipment updates and available tracking are sent to your order email. An initial tracking scan may take time to appear. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Can I return my watch?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery by emailing sac@bengik.com. Contact us for instructions before shipping anything back. Customers ordinarily pay change-of-mind return postage. We cover appropriate return costs for incorrect or defective goods. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected. What if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Email sac@bengik.com with your order number, a description and available photographs. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
